- What We Do At Cascadia, you'll work in small teams to identify, define, and clearly articulate client problems and then develop creative solutions to address these challenges.
- We strive to create value for our clients and build long-term partnerships with various engagement lengths from several weeks to several months.

Requirements
- Most of our clients are in BC, so we travel less than other consultants, however onsite work with clients and some travel within BC may be required.

Compensation
- We offer competitive pay, with base salaries ranging from $68,000 for Analyst 1 (undergraduate degree with limited to no experience) to over $135,000 for Senior Associate 3.
- All positions are eligible for performance pay (0% - 40% of base salary) and are included in our benefits program.
