About the role
- Red Nucleus is hiring an Associate Client Engagement Manager to join our global Medical Communications team!
- This is a home-based position out of Canada.
- Our purpose is advancing knowledge to improve lives.
Responsibilities
- Manage entry, update, and maintenance of publication records within Datavision (or similar publications management platforms)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Requirements
- This role partners closely with Client Engagement Directo rs to ensure high-quality delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while developing the skills required for increased ownership and leadership.
- Participating in client meetings, advisory boards, congresses, and speaker programs as appropriate with limited travel required.
Nice to have
- Supporting day-to-day client communications and serving as a secondary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Supporting development of project briefs, timelines, scopes of work, and internal documentation.
- Coordinating project activities across internal capability teams such as Scientific, Creative & Editorial
- Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- escalating risks or delays as needed.
- Preparing client status updates, meeting agendas, recaps, and action-item follow-ups.
- Supporting budget tracking, forecasting, and reconciliations under the direction of senior team members.
- Assisting with scope change documentation and change orders as required.

Compensation
- The compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $93,000 CAN.
- Compensation will be determined based on an applicant's skills, competencies, experience, and qualifications.

Benefits
- Assisting with execution of publications & medical communications projects from initiation through completion.
- Supporting the medical/regulatory/legal (MLR) review process, including document submission systems (e.g., Veeva ).
- Education and Experience
- 3-5 + years of experience in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields.
- Foundational understanding of the life sciences industry and medical communications environment
- Familiarity with medical publication processes and industry guidelines
- Ability to follow processes while learning when and how to escalate issues
