- The BOH Supervisor is responsible for supporting the kitchen leadership in coordinating, supervising and directing all aspects of kitchen operations, while maintaining high quality menu options and service levels.

Responsibilities
- Leading kitchen staff to create and prepare menu items in an efficient manner
Requirements
- Reporting on any repairs or maintenance required for kitchen appliances and equipment
Nice to have
- You have a required Secondary School Diploma
- You have 3-5 years' restaurant kitchen experience
- You have a Post-Secondary in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (preferred)
- You have experience in high volume food program (preferred)
- You have a provincial Smart Serve certification where applicable
