As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Plumbing Estimator to join their team.

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate plumbing estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing information.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain organized and accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a plumbing estimator, preferably in a commercial setting.
In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards.
Proficiency in Fast Est estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and the ability to analyze project specifications and blueprints.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
