About the role
- This position will be responsible for performing a variety of administration and maintenance tasks to ensure that established quality standards are met upon move-in.
- Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills.
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by performing general cleaning and other duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform touch up painting as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Support expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment.
- Ability to maintain an excellent customer service attitude.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills
