About the role
- A central part of this role is measurement.
- They produce regular reporting to executive leadership on platform ROI, identifying both high-value patterns to scale and underutilization patterns that warrant intervention.
- This role works hand-in-hand with the AI Solutions Consultant.
Responsibilities
- They own the internal communications channels that surface AI use cases, platform updates, and new capabilities to employees, including newsletters, intranet content, and Teams channels.
- The Program Manager designs and delivers the company's AI training curriculum - from onboarding for new hires to advanced workshops for power users - and runs the workshop calendar across business units.
- The Program Manager builds and maintains dashboards that track adoption, license utilization, and value realized across the AI platform portfolio.
