About the role

  • SRI is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to serve as an integral contributor to our Finance and Business Operations team.
  • Disbursements: Prepare and process the payment runs (ACH, wire, check) to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.

Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle AP operations, including the intake, distribution, and entry of invoices and payment requests.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, manage AP aging reports, perform balance sheet account reconciliations, and prepare management reporting.
  • Build and maintain positive vendor relationships while efficiently researching and resolving payment inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and policy documentation related to AP operations.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Vendor Maintenance, Accounting, and Operations) to resolve processing issues and streamline workflows.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Candidates must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint required, SAP Ariba preferred.

  • The salary range is:
  • Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles.
  • Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
