Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and circulate status reports, ensuring all internal and external teams are aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Support project scheduling, resourcing, and deliverable tracking to maintain smooth execution.
- Support the submission processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and enforce checks and balances for content accuracy, timing, and compliance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all internal stakeholders to maintain efficiency and team alignment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
Compensation
- Salary Range - $65,000 - $105,000
