Responsibilities
- Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning developer-facing or platform-oriented products and being accountable for their ultimate success
- Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives at a B2B SaaS company
- comfort producing PRDs, PRFAQs, and other structured artifacts that align and accelerate teams
- Experience establishing OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that connect product outcomes to business results

Compensation
- USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $172,000 USD and $249,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time
