- We're looking for someone who's built a community from scratch and watched people keep coming back.
- You've run a run club, a women's circle, a field program, or an ambassador program that people showed up to again and again, and you know how to grow meaningful attendance.
- You're already plugged into the LA wellness scene and have real relationships to call on.
Responsibilities
- You'll build the in-person community of power users that everything else grows from.
- Lotus is building the future of primary care with AI, backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV.
- Now we're building out the team to match that momentum, and the people we hire now will shape what Lotus looks and feels like for years to come.

- You can turn a first-time attendee into someone who brings three friends next time.
