- Coordinate and lead process improvement projects to drive cost savings, efficiencies, and productivity.
- Participate in the selection of test methodology and take initiative to improve systems, processes, and procedures to drive quality in daily production.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships by using appropriate interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Doctoral Degree in a Chemical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory science from an accredited institution
- Years of experience performing high complexity genetic testing.
- 4+ years of post-certification experience reviewing and signing out clinical test reports
- 7+ years of total experience reviewing and signing out clinical test reports or equivalent.
- Current New York state Certificate of Qualification in appropriate areas of oversight as necessary or ability to obtain within 6 months.
Compensation
- $153,000.00 - $259,000.00
- The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Marshfield on a full-time basis.
