Responsibilities
- Maintain client and patient records in the hospital's practice management system with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, technicians, and other team members to support patient care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and basic office equipment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or veterinary/medical field preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
