Requirements

  • 8+ years in product, with at least 3 years owning a function or significant scope at a B2B software company.
  • You work well with engineers and earn their trust.
  • You have an ability to balance the current jagged capabilities of models today while also projecting capabilities into the future.
  • You have good judgement about the areas where we non-negotiably need to be best in the world, and areas where we can apply the 80/20 rule.
  • Competitive Compensation: Final offer details are determined based on experience, expertise, and overall fit.
  • You've owned a product function. As the CEO of the product, you own the success of the product, including hiring, strategy, and outcomes.
  • You're capable of building a world-class product team to support you.
  • You've shipped enterprise B2B software into complex organizations. You understand that there is a gap between a product that looks good in a demo and product that is actually useful.
  • You get energy from building delightful experiences for end users.
  • You care about understanding customer problems and solving them.
  • You move fast, communicate clearly, and know where process is helpful and where it isn't necessary.
  • You've worked closely with an enterprise sales-led motion and understand how product decisions affect deal cycles.
