About the role
- Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) Promise Academy - top-performing K-12 charter schools within HCZ's cradle-to-career pathway of comprehensive services - seeks Director of Network Performance & Improvement for the upcoming school year!
- The Director of Network Performance & Improvement will bring a passion for the goal of HCZ Promise Academy: to get all our scholars to and through college.
- This role is responsible for advancing organizational effectiveness through data analysis, performance management, cross-functional project leadership, and continuous improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- This role will also support the planning and execution of network-wide programming, including leadership retreats, professional development days, and other organizational priorities.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate cares deeply about children, respects the culture of Harlem's residents, and is eager to make an impact in our community and beyond.
Nice to have
- Managing Director of Business Administration
- Bachelor's degree required
- master's degree preferred.
- Experience working within a school system, charter network, nonprofit organization, or other mission-driven organization strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
