About the role
- This includes coordinating multi-system integration activities while maintaining predictable schedules, disciplined communication, and strong documentation quality.
- You help protect project performance by proactively managing risks, dependencies, and scope shifts.
- You serve as a trusted point of contact for client and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
- When access limitations exist, TEECOM will support coordinating reasonable accommodations with site-controlling contractor or alternative means to perform essential job functions.
Nice to have
- Proven success delivering projects with strong scope control, schedule adherence, and financial awareness.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in implementation coordination across multi-disciplinary project environments.
- Strong command of contract terms, scope control, and Professional Services Agreement (PSA) and Additional Services Agreement (ASA) documentation.
- Strong practical understanding of enterprise technology delivery and implementation-phase troubleshooting.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
- Working proficiency with enterprise scheduling and delivery tools is a plus.
- Prolonged desk work using a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
- Regular reading, writing, and communication in virtual and in-person settings.
