About the role
- The Housekeeper plays a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and impeccably maintained environment for our guests.
- This position is responsible for ensuring all guest rooms and public spaces meet ROOST's high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
- Ideal candidates are detail ‑ oriented, reliable, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, elevated service.
Responsibilities
- Change linens, make beds, restock amenities, and maintain in ‑ room supplies
- Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and back ‑ of ‑ house spaces
- Support laundry operations as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
