- Position Overview As a Hedge Fund Consultant/Trainer, you will have the opportunity to help shape our training program curricula, as well as teach, mentor, and inspire future investors and finance professionals.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal content teams to design hedge fund focused training programs
- Public equities modeling, earnings analysis, and valuation in support of investment recommendations
- Successfully complete WSP's Train-the-Trainer Program, designed to refine instructional and presentation skills
- Building and owning financial models
- Develop your personal brand as a thought leader in hedge fund investing while expanding your network across top financial institutions.

Requirements
- Ability to clearly communicate complex investment concepts, including how to form differentiated views, update investment theses with new information, and make decisions under uncertainty
- Demonstrated experience with:
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required
- MBA or CFA is a plus but not required
Skills
- Strong financial modeling, accounting, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Deep understanding of public markets and hedge fund strategies
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing others

Compensation
- Highly competitive daily rate
- Flexibility to conduct training sessions Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
- Ability to commit to at least 10 training days per year
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
