About the role

  • ACS runs a dual-ERP environment with NetSuite as the financial system of record and Odoo for manufacturing and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, and system access management
  • maintain data integrity through regular audits and policy enforcement.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, SuiteApps, and API-based application extensions
  • build and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Provide front-line technical support and training to end users
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and system governance

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration and implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Technical proficiency with HTML, XML, JavaScript, and NetSuite SuiteCloud developer tools
  • 2+ years of SQL and relational database experience including data integration and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of standard business processes across AR, AP, GL, invoicing, inventory management, and project accounting
  • project management and system integration experience.
  • Experience supporting government contractors with DCAA-compliant cost accounting or project-based accounting in a defense environment
  • familiarity with FAR/DFARS, CMMC, or NIST SP 800-171 as they relate to system access controls and audit logging.
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company where systems and processes were being built rather than inherited.
