About the role
- You will be expected to contribute to the operational efficiency of the Service Department.
- The incumbent will also be responsible to analyze transaction history in our system, reconcile and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Check each repair order against the truck's service history to avoid making duplicate claims.
Responsibilities
- Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.
- As a Warranty Administrator you will work closely with Warehouse, Safety and our Shop team to manage complete and accurate processing of warranty claims.
- Maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and the current status.
