Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of sustainable, high-quality software solutions, enforcing best practices in SDLC, architecture, and CI/CD.
- Mentor and support teams and Product Tech Leads, facilitating knowledge sharing and regular feedback.
- Lead the development of high-level technical solutions, manage dependencies, assess risks, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Actively contribute to the Tech Leads Guild and participate in cross-tribe technology initiatives.
- SDLC: Ensure timely and impactful delivery, support release planning, and drive iterative delivery processes.
- Incident & Problem Management: Maintain service and system stability and quality.

Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps practices and culture.
- Experience with agile software development processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with network management, data center operations, and information security.
- Leadership and Management Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven record of managing and motivating diverse technical teams.
- Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and implementation skills.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Georgian and English.
- Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in creating strategic plans and leading organizational change.
