Responsibilities

Deliver live online training sessions on Generative AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, and automation concepts.
Support learners with setup, CLI, configuration, deployment, and environment-related issues.
Maintain session quality metrics and learner engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum updates, delivery planning, and learner feedback.
Create structured workshop content including:
Lab guides Hands-on activities Practice exercises Prompts and workflow templates Provide live demos, guided practice sessions, and hands-on learner support.
Maintain regular communication with students regarding progress, expectations, and milestones.
Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and engagement.
Identify and escalate academic or performance concerns to the Lead Instructor or appropriate staff.

Requirements

Weekday - 06:30 PM CST - 09:30 PM CST (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) Weekend - 09:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST (Saturday and Sunday) Flexibility for evening availability is required.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, or mock sessions when required.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or related field 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI automation, developer productivity, or technical training Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT,
