Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across co-developed solution initiatives, building agility, rigor, and precision into execution
- Operationalize productized solutions: partner with cross-functional leads to translate concepts into repeatable offerings (clear inputs/outputs, delivery approach, packaging), while keeping room for evolution
- Manage multiple concurrent timelines and complex dependencies across disciplines, workstreams, and stakeholders - driving crisp plans, decision points, and escalation paths.
- Own day-to-day stakeholder alignment and expectation management: even when paired with a client engagement lead, you will directly manage delivery expectations, tradeoffs, and timeline realities with client and partner stakeholders
- Drive transparency and accountability through executive-ready reporting (progress, burn vs. budget, forecast, risks, gaps, blockers) and action-oriented remediation plans
- Own scoping and financial performance: estimation, resourcing plans, burn management, forecasting, and change management to protect outcomes and margins
- Partner with go-to-market stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned to commercialization needs (readiness, enablement inputs, implementation considerations) and the expectations of a large enterprise sales organization
- Collaborate with enterprise marketing technology stakeholders to ensure offerings are practical for real-world adoption within complex martech ecosystems

Requirements
- Experience operating in ambiguous, build-and-launch environments where offerings are evolving and delivery must be structured without being rigid
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including executive communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Comfort partnering with technical and product/platform leaders
- ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable delivery plans
Nice to have
- familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem (e.g., AEM, Workfront, Adobe Experience Cloud) is a strong plus
- 10+ years of program/project delivery leadership experience in a creative/digital agency, consultancy, or professional services environment
- A proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional programs across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality
- Experience with enterprise marketing technology and digital experience platforms (e.g., CMS/DXP, marketing workflow tools, content supply chain, analytics/measurement)
- familiarity with the Adobe ecosystem is a strong plus
- Industry exposure in high-tech and/or martech environments

Compensation
- The target range of base compensation for this role is $190,000 - $220,000.
