Requirements
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure to 1/16 of an inch.
- Ability to follow written work instructions and production specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to learn and operate multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment.

Nice to have
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills are a plus.
- Experience working with printing inks, PMS colors, or GCMI color standards is preferred.
- Previous experience operating high-speed manufacturing or printing equipment is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay & Benefits We value our employees and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: $17.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience Monday-Friday schedule with weekends typically off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
