- In your new role, you will coordinate, plan, supervise, and perform general building and facilities maintenance functions for your client site.
- Perform necessary painting, carpentry
- You will also support completion of the contracted activities at the assigned sites.
- Perform regular safety audits and inspections, and ensures adherence to safety compliance, including the timely reporting and appropriate investigations of any incidents, accidents, and near-miss occurrences.
Requirements
- You will source appropriate and approved 3rd party vendors, manages the work order system, creates efficiencies within processes, and ensures preventative maintenance programs on equipment and building systems are developed and implemented, including performing work themselves as required.
- Provide reporting on safety and compliance items as required.
- Participates and completes required training for this role per safety management system
Compensation
- $65,000 - $75,000
