We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Marketing Manager for our Marketing team.

Analytical rigor, with the ability to synthesize large, diverse datasets - sales, clinical, economic - into clear, actionable tools and messaging
Ownership mindset, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal direction
Ability to travel up to 15-20%

A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range.
Performance-based incentive compensation (varies by role)
$115,000 - $139,000 USD
Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.

Own the health economic value story - build and maintain economic impact tools and materials used by sales to support purchasing conversations
Business case development - partner with sales to build customized business cases for health system accounts, incorporating existing data and estimates based on account context and refining templates based on learnings
Reimbursement & market access support - stay current on coding, coverage, and payment trends relevant to Ceribell's technology; translate changes into field-ready messaging
Ceribell reports transfers of value to health care providers (HCPs) as required by federal and state transparency laws.

About Ceribell
The Ceribell System is a novel, point-of-care electroencephalography ("EEG") platform specifically designed to address the unmet needs of patients in the acute care setting, and is being used in hundreds of community hospitals, large academic facilities and major IDN's across the country.
