About the role
- The Floor Supervisor shall be responsible for the efficient operation of the Table Games on the assigned shift.
- All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a continuous inspection of cards and dice, ensuring the security of the Table Games at all times.
- Monitor controls designed to assure full compliance with state, federal, and tribal regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and move through all areas of the casino.
- Each position has varying minimum qualifications.
Nice to have
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Dealing experience must include a minimum of 500 hours in Craps and Blackjack & a third core game of either Roulette or Mini Bacc.
- Novelty games a plus.
- One (1) year DR Supervisor experience @ property w/20+ games.
- Must be an experienced, results oriented, and hands-on professional.
- Must possess ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in subordinate employees.
Skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
Compensation
- $30.00 Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.
