About the role

Are you the type of person who likes to work independently, who is adaptable to change, and is detailed-oriented?
In this role you will generate, sort, and release work orders and parts orders for productions orders to the shop floor and parts bench.

Create and monitor work orders/transfer orders based on production schedule.
Create work orders for parts bench and MRP
Print shop packets and create production checklists
Order/monitor VIN tags and technical manuals for correct configuration and build month/year for all machines.
High school diploma with a minimum of two years of office/customer support experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with demonstrated ability to produce accurate, professional, and error-free documents in a timely manner.
Ability to perform intermediate computer work including spreadsheet formulas and functions.
