Responsibilities

  • Partner with program managers on cost and schedule performance, risks and opportunities, and corrective actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
  • 12+ years of progressive program finance or government contracting finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Deep experience with estimates at completion, program baselines, and percentage-of-completion revenue support in a FAR/DFARS environment
  • working knowledge of CAS concepts.
  • Experience across government contract types, including FFP, CPFF/CPIF, T&M, and IDIQ task orders.
  • Strong business-partnering skills with program management and operations, with the ability to translate financial results into program decisions.
