- The ideal candidate is a seasoned program finance leader with deep experience in government contracting, strong command of EACs and program baselines, and the ability to translate financial performance into practical program decisions.
- Success in this role requires disciplined financial management, strong business partnering with program and operations teams, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Contracts, Compliance, and Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with program managers on cost and schedule performance, risks and opportunities, and corrective actions
- for over-time contracts under ASC 606, including EAC-driven percentage-of-completion support, in coordination with
- Support new business activities, including cost volumes, basis-of-estimate development, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and what-if scenario analysis for Business Development.
- in the financial system, including contract structures, funding, and billing elements, and support
- Partner with program managers on cost and schedule performance, risks and opportunities, and corrective actions; serve as the finance voice in program reviews.
- Develop program-level cash and funding forecasts as inputs to company forecast and reforecast cycles, in partnership with FP&A.
- Support government and external audit
- Build and improve program finance processes, tools, and analytics for a scaling flight services business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
- 12+ years of progressive program finance or government contracting finance experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Deep experience with estimates at completion, program baselines, and percentage-of-completion revenue support in a FAR/DFARS environment
- working knowledge of CAS concepts.
- Experience across government contract types, including FFP, CPFF/CPIF, T&M, and IDIQ task orders.
- Strong business-partnering skills with program management and operations, with the ability to translate financial results into program decisions.
