Pegasus Concrete is currently seeking a Plant Operator for our facility in Saline, MI that is a highly motivated and driven individual on the quest for a challenge.

Experience in concrete production is a plus!
An understanding of QC/QA for the ready mix concrete industry.
Knowledge of production equipment, processes, and maintenance programs.
Excellent organizational skills, and is able to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
The ability to use multiple forms of communication such as multi-line telephone system, mobile phones, two-way radios, emails, and other forms of communication methods.
The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

$60,000-$70,000 annually, $50/hr for Saturday work, and weekly bonus opportunity as well.

In this role, the Plant Operator works hands-on overseeing plant operations, concrete production, managing material inventories, and maintaining the batch plant.
