About the role

As a Territory Sales Manager at AVRS, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the automotive industry with our innovative Electronic Vehicle Registration, F&I, and digital titling solutions.
You'll be at the forefront of driving market expansion, engaging with Independent, Franchise Dealers, and registration businesses within your territory, and contributing to the growth of our industry-leading products.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Embrace a hunter mentality to identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
Collaborative Selling: Work with regional partners to generate leads and expand AVRS's reach.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Must be able to travel 90% of the time in Northern California
Applicants for employment in the US must be authorized to work in the US.
Prefer a strong network within the automotive dealer market.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Base salary $60K - $80K + Commissions
On target earnings range $170K - $220K
