- POSITION OVERVIEW As an Implementation Consultant, you'll join a team responsible for guiding customers through their implementation journey with Routeware solutions.
- Initially, you'll be focused on our Routeware Elements software, where you will work with our customers' waste management and street maintenance data, undertaking tasks such as gathering and analyzing data, building and validating models, interacting with customers to ensure the best quality of service and delivering operational routes with documentation.
- This is a customer-facing role where you will be interacting with customers and presenting results on a regular basis.
- Long term you will be expected to cross-train with all our products in order to effectively implement our entire suite of offerings.
- Consult with Clients on solutions to accommodate current and future business needs.
- Complete system configurations to meet business requirements.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
