About the role
- The Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability, and supporting production and shipping activities.
- This is a full-time, hourly position, on-site in Alpharetta, GA Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support our inventory control specialist by performing cycle counts and physical inventory to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency within a GMP environment.
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas in accordance with 6S standards.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of warehouse or inventory control experience, preferably in an ISO 13845 regulated industry.
- Experience using an ERP or warehouse management system such as D365, SAP, Oracle, and/or NetSuite
- Experience with regulatory environments that abide by standards such as GMP, FDA, or ISO 13485 standards
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Biology, Chemistry or related preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is preferred
- Certified Purchasing professional (CPP), CPM or APICS Certification is preferred
Skills
- Understanding of shipping requirements for domestic and international orders (e.g., labeling, packaging, documentation
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and operate common warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding in lean methodologies, Six Sigma tools and working within a 6S program.
- Understanding in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau.

- Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transportation issues.
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to provide updates on delivery status.
