Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance team to meet safety, quality, cost, and productivity KPIs
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex equipment failures
- Manage capital projects including scope, budget, and execution
- Develop training programs and maintain documented skill records
- Ability to analyze equipment data and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance or operations
- Experience leading employees or coordinating maintenance work
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance systems
- Knowledge of industrial safety programs (LOTO, confined space)
- Experience managing capital or equipment improvement projects
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methods (Lean, CI tools)
