About the role
- Involves supervising a team of rental technicians, coordinating rental activities, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional guest service.
- Supervisor reports to the Rental Manager and works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ski passes for dependents (spouse/child(ren)/domestic partners) includes free skiing at other Alterra Resorts
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
Nice to have
- Ski industry experience preferred, rental shop.
