- 4G is a 26-bed Medical-Surgical Overflow Unit that cares for a diverse patient population with a wide range of medical conditions, including renal failure, respiratory failure, diabetes, sepsis, and heart failure.
- Trinity Health Oakland, located in Pontiac, Michigan, is a leading community hospital recognized for advanced emergency care and specialty services.
- Our Emergency Department is a Level II Trauma Center and Certified Stroke Center, serving more than 60,000 patients annually and currently undergoing a major renovation and expansion to enhance patient experience and care delivery.

Requirements
- State of Michigan Registered Nursing license required Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree required.
