About the role

- The individual is responsible for the promotion of the key Cardiovascular/Renal assets within their region.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by increasing HCP (specialists and generalists) engagement in optimizing patient care. Seek to understand and then address customer issues to add value and drive them up the adoption ladder.
- Analyze business environment to develop, then execute territory and account specific business plans.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders in the territory (GPs, NPs, Specialists, and other HCPs) leveraging an omnichannel approach tailored to customer interests and preferences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build strategic territory specific account plans, including levels of investment for maximal impact, incorporating input from sales trends and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate & connect within Bayer, by providing input on field insights and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Build trust and be inclusive.
- Superior competencies in relationship building, networking, problem solving, impact and influence across stakeholders
- Continually seeks feedback from peers to improve business outcomes and able to set and deliver against 90-day and long-term goals to achieve desired impact/outcome
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical sales experience
- Experience in cardiovascular/renal a strong asset
- Must be willing to travel throughout assigned territory and other areas as required and as business need evolves
- Must be adept and willing to learn new therapy areas and products as business need evolves.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is between $84,800 and $127,200.
- This TDC would include base salary and may also include items like bonuses (short-term and long-term incentives) and sales incentives.
