Successfully executing site visits to install, maintain, improve, or restore voice and data communication equipment.
The Travel Support and Service Team Lead is responsible for coordinating all travel logistics for the team, ensuring that travel arrangements are efficient and meet contract requirements.

Ensure staff have experience with nationwide travel logistics, including: Navigating airports and coordinating lodging and transportation.

Operate essential tools and equipment required for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, including: Hand tools and power tools.
Test equipment, programming devices, key fill devices, and other specialized hardware.
Ensure staff have experience with nationwide travel logistics, including:
Navigating airports and coordinating lodging and transportation.
Adhering to strict schedules to meet operational deadlines.
