About the role
- At HANDS, our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) are professionals who have completed a minimum of a 40-hour intensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), as well as passed the BACB exam to become an RBT.
Requirements
- Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing Active RBT Certification Excellent communication skills Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings
- Ability to lift/carry up to a maximum of 50 lbs and remain standing for up to 4 hours Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety
