About the role
- Infinite Medical Group is currently hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings.
- This is a part-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
Compensation
- $60,000 - $90,000 per year
- Competitive salary per annum: $60,000 - $90,000
