Create and maintain a professional, friendly, courteous and helpful relationship with internal and external customers.
Work collaboratively with the rest of the Customer Service team to manage company backlog

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and make good decision with minimal direction.
C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee.

1+ years of experience in customer service, experience within the aerospace industry preferred.
Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)

You will report to the MRO Customer Service Manager and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.
