- Qualifications Education and Training: Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
Responsibilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification required.
- BLS certification must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
- Current IV Certification within 90 days of employment, if required per state regulations.
- Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
