0.5-2 years of full-time work experience in finance, accounting, consulting, operations, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint, with the ability to build and navigate a spreadsheet without hand-holding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Curious, proactive, and adaptable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
