Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy and tactics for all aspects of our fleet program.
- Leadership requirement to lead the team of supervisors and drivers in the field including scheduling, dispatching, and delivering on specific client response service levels.
- Define standard operating procedures to effectively manage repairs and maintenance.
- Creation and implementation of management plan to track and manage operating expenses, asset purchases, fuel cost and ongoing maintenance.
- Implement safety management controls.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience including responsibility for end-to-end fleet operations.
- 5 years of experience in leadership and coaching
- Ability to prepare ROI on business and report to executive leadership about progress, next steps and growth opportunities.
- Operational and technical expertise in aspects of fleet and asset management.

Compensation
- $117,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year. Pay Transparency Statement:
- The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position across our US locations.
- The "pay scale" provided is a good faith estimate of the range the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire.
- Actual salary will be determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and specific geographic location.
- $117,000 - $146,000 per year.
- Benefits & Additional Compensation: * Variable Pay: This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus based on individual and company performance.
