About the role

The Field Superintendent will be managing all phases of construction projects.
This role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, estimating, and execution, as well as providing on-site supervision.

Develop and implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion.
Document project progress with detailed reports, notes, and photos.
Maintain clear communication with project owners, architects, and the office regarding any issues or modifications.
Help maintain accurate crews time for budget and payroll purposes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience with turf, asphalt and concrete construction, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
AA degree or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
Minimum of 5 years assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity, with experience in managing crews and subcontractors.
What you can expect:

Expertise in asphalt and concrete construction (curbs, flat work, sub-grade remediation, base/asphalt installation, and elevation).
Post-tension experience is a plus.
Competencies with Excel, Bluebeam, Procore, and electronic time capture systems.
Strong understanding of design drawings and standard installation processes.
Strong communication skills (oral and written), with Spanish proficiency a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively, particularly during peak seasons.
