Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Five years of experience in management or manufacturing environments
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Knowledge of Lean principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in complex or transformation environments
Nice to have
- Entrepreneurial mindset and initiative
- Results-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Experience in unionized environments
- Bilingual French-English
