About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of clinical services through oversight of patient care planning, staff coordination, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- The Clinical Manager plays a key role in maintaining continuity of care by reviewing referrals, assigning appropriate services, and overseeing comprehensive documentation.
- This position requires availability during all operating hours and a commitment to high standards of patient care and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with physicians, schedulers, therapists, and field staff
- Support the Director of Nursing by supervising field staff as needed and assisting with scheduling
Requirements
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (EHRs) and experience managing patient documentation and workflows in Homecare Homebase
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and support patients as needed
Compensation
- $105,000-$110,000 per year plus up to $32,000 in yearly bonuses
