About the role
- Feature Flags are a set of APIs and UI that enable B2B developers to safely roll out, control, and experiment with features across environments, customers, and regions.
- We're searching for engineers who share this empathetic approach to solving problems.

Responsibilities
- Design and engineer delightful developer and end-user experiences
- Build a deep understanding of Feature Flags' place in the market and increase its adoption
- Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry software development experience
- Experience working on small teams in fast-paced environments
- Background in crafting both polished UI/UX and API services end-to-end
- Intellectually curious, independently driven, and passionate about great products
- A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience working on a feature flags platform or product
- Experience with our stack of TypeScript, React, and Postgres
- Experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or a related industry
