About the role
- We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale digital campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue across targeted accounts.
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you'll plan and launch campaigns across a wide range of paid and digital channels - from LinkedIn, Meta, Google to podcast sponsorships, newsletters, and niche media - with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- You'll be part of our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, and will collaborate closely with the marketing and growth team, including product marketing, content, and design, to create highly tailored, multi-touch campaigns that reach our ICP.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage targeted digital campaigns to land new prospects to learn and try Legora products
- Develop ABM strategies that align with sales priorities, targeting key account lists and segments
- Create tailored messaging and assets in collaboration with content and design
- Own budget planning and spend pacing, ensuring every dollar drives measurable outcomes
- Report on results and optimize based on channel attribution, account engagement, and pipeline acceleration

Requirements
- 5+ years of digital performance marketing experience, with a strong track record in B2B and ABM
- Experience collaborating with sales and BDR teams to align marketing with ABM programs
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Dreamdata & LinkedIn Campaign Manager
