About the role

  • We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team, focused on ensuring the operational availability of manufacturing equipment and automation across our production lines.
  • This role requires a fast-responding, safety-first mindset and direct ownership of equipment uptime in a high-paced production environment.
  • This is a floor-facing, high-impact role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on schedule and proactively improve PM documents and schedules under the direction of the Maintenance Lead or Supervisor
  • Collaborate with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance issues, review procedures, and improve equipment reliability
  • Follow all maintenance safety protocols at all times, including LOTO, 5S, and Arc Flash requirements, and lead by example in maintaining a safe work environment
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring failures and eliminate unplanned downtime

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial equipment and automation systems
  • Automotive technician background or relevant technical military experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
