About the role
- In this role, you will meet with potential clients, guide them through the sign-up process, gather case information, and, when needed, assist with transportation to appointments.
- This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and availability for a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.
- Desired Outcomes Accountable to sign up new cases.
Responsibilities
- Objective Provide support for the day-to-day operations of the intake department and other general duties.
- Accountable to provide general office and intake support.
- Provide back up for absent support staff.
- Accountable to maintain assigned Laborde Earles vehicle(s).
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles (interior and exterior) so that they are presentable to clients at all times.
